The Conference of the Contracting Parties (CPC) adopts a biannual work programme.
It is developed in close cooperation with the Contracting States, approved organisations and observers.
The work programme is split between tasks that fall under:
- Part A (oily and greasy waste),
- Part B (cargo-related waste),
- Part B (degassing/venting),
- Part C (other waste),
- and general matters.
